Forest View Farm is located in south central mid-Michigan, just 1.5 miles north of I-94 . We are a small farm offering quality Rocky Mountain and Kentucky Mountain Saddle horses. Our horses are registered, or can be registered - guaranteed.

In 2000, I was  searching for ‘just the right horse for me’ but uncertain what I wanted.  As luck would have it I came across this breed at the Michigan Stallion Expo.  Known for their temperament, confirmation and gait, these horses are second to none. They  are gentle, willing to please, and very friendly. And, that four-beat lateral gait gives you a super smooth ride! Anyone, including young children to senior adults, can ride them. And there's no bouncing or posting; just a smooth motion from your waist down. This was the horse for me. And so, we started Forest View Farm.

Our goal is to offer you quality Rocky and Kentucky Mountain Saddle horses for your pleasure, whether trail, show, breeding or just to have around.  We now have our own stallion, Anna's Rhett Butler,  which gives us the opportunity to provide the traits and bloodlines to get the best in confirmation, temperment, and gait.  Let us help you find that Rocky Mountain horse for you.
